In the first module of the training titled “Leader Aware of the Power of Training,” we explored our leadership styles through the Transactional Analysis (TA) approach. Together, we experienced the value of deeper communication, active listening, and the power of feedback. We would like to thank our teammates who participated. With our focus on growth, we will continue to move forward—learning and becoming stronger together.
