  • Producing in compliance with our Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, applicable national and international regulations, and customer requirements,
  • Maintaining hygienic, controlled, and suitable conditions for our facility infrastructure, equipment, and working environment; and implementing cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance plans,
  • Setting targets in line with our Quality and Food Safety objectives; regularly monitoring progress, assessing risks, and reviewing the system,
  • Implementing our Quality and Food Safety Management Systems effectively across all departments and continuously improving them,
  • Adopting a customer-focused approach in all processes to deliver safe products and build long-term cooperation with our customers,
  • Providing regular training to all employees to sustainably embed a quality and food safety culture, and creating a work environment that encourages active participation, supports open communication, and enables ownership and accountability,
  • Effectively managing preventive controls and authenticity practices against food safety risks, food defense threats, and fraud across all processes from raw material acceptance to product dispatch; monitoring supplier performance and conducting necessary audits,
  • Managing communication with all internal and external stakeholders in a systematic, accurate, timely, and clear manner to ensure effective implementation of the Quality and Food Safety Management System,
  • Following evolving technologies and the latest scientific data, and integrating suitable solutions into our processes to increase operational efficiency, minimize food safety risks, and maximize product quality.

Occupational Health & Safety Policy

At REKA Oil, our Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Policy is rooted in respect for people and the environment in which we live.

We accept it as a core responsibility to provide a healthy and safe working environment for all our employees, stakeholders, contractors, and visitors.

In line with this, we commit to:

  • Prioritizing the protection of employee health and safety and preventing occupational accidents and diseases across all operations,
  • Systematically assessing and controlling risks specific to our production processes,
  • Identifying hazards in advance and implementing effective risk assessment and operational control methods to eliminate them or reduce them to acceptable levels,
  • Embracing “control at source” by favoring safe process designs, and relying on protective equipment and appropriate work methods,
  • Fully complying with OHS legislation, local regulations, sector requirements, and customer expectations,
  • Encouraging the active participation of employees and employee representatives in OHS processes and taking their views and suggestions into account,
  • Continuously improving awareness through OHS committee activities and training programs,
  • Providing all employees with role-appropriate OHS training, supporting competence, and ensuring continuous improvement of safe working habits,
  • Implementing a management system approach that measures, monitors, and continuously improves our OHS performance,
  • Analyzing accidents and near-miss incidents and implementing preventive actions to avoid recurrence,
  • Preparing plans for emergency scenarios, conducting regular drills, and continuously enhancing our response capacity.

Environmental Policy

At REKA Oil, we recognize minimizing the environmental impact of our operations and ensuring the sustainable use of natural resources as one of our fundamental responsibilities.

In line with this, we commit to:

  • Full compliance with all relevant national and international environmental legislation, legal requirements, and other obligations,
  • Regularly reviewing our Environmental Management System, continuously improving our performance, setting environmental objectives and targets, and providing the necessary resources to achieve them,
  • Conducting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient use of energy, water, and other natural resources,
  • Reducing waste at source as much as possible and maximizing recovery and recycling,
  • Carrying out necessary control, monitoring, and improvement activities to minimize the environmental impacts of emissions, wastewater, and waste arising from our operations,
  • Working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, lower our carbon footprint, and support environmentally friendly technologies,
  • Identifying environmental emergency risks, establishing response plans, and increasing preparedness through regular drills,
  • Providing regular training to all employees to enhance environmental awareness and encouraging active participation,
  • Maintaining open communication with internal and external stakeholders and sharing our environmental performance transparently.
